The short answer - every individual is different! Most people start to see results within the first four weeks, but sometimes it takes longer.
Very few people see results after the first day, so don't be discouraged if it doesn't work overnight. The key is sticking with the program as much as possible. Hypnotherapy is repetitive for a reason and the more you can get into the habit of listening, the better off you will be.
