How do I reset my password?

The password reset link can be found on the login page of the Nerva app.

To initiate the reset process, simply select the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen. You will then receive an email with further instructions within 5-10 minutes. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. You may also want to search for 'Nerva' in your email inbox to help narrow the results.

If you still do not receive the password reset link, please contact Support at nerva@mindsethealth.com, and we will manually send the link to you.
