Hypnotherapy is exceptionally safe. Our program uses gut-directed hypnotherapy, which includes an induction (a guided, progressive relaxation technique at the beginning of the session to help you relax), and gut-relief suggestions (which are guided images that help you to visualize symptoms leaving your body).
We never make any suggestions other than those focused on gut symptom relief. All of the scripts we use are created by Dr. Simone Peters, a world expert in gut health and gut-directed hypnotherapy, and are used in practice along with the app around the world.
