You can update your billing details from within the Nerva app. Please note that updating billing details will take some time to be reflected on the app.
- Open the Nerva app.
- Tap the list icon on the top right corner of the Today/Home screen.
- Tap the settings icon on the top right corner of the Progress screen.
- Tap Subscription.
- Tap the Update billing information button.
- If you started the trial/subscription via the website (Stripe), then you will be taken to Stripe’s customer portal. Otherwise, you will be taken to your device’s Payment Methods screen.
- For Stripe payments - Tap Add payment method. Follow the instructions.
- For Apple payments - Tap the default payment method, then change the payment details on the next screen. Alternatively, add a new payment method from the payment methods screen. For more detailed instructions, go to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201266.
- For Google payments - Tap update for the existing payment method, or add a new payment method. For more detailed instructions, go to https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/4646404.
